Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Item must not be a custom or personalized order
- Custom-made pieces and sale items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or for store credit (if applicable).
Exchange window:
- Must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item
- Subject to stock availability
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products damaged through improper use
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged/defective)
- Reason for return or exchange
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
International returns are accepted, but we do not cover return shipping fees or customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
